The C.R.E.W. stands for Campus Representatives for Engagement and Wellness with representation from all departments who meet to organize activities that will strengthen staff engagement and contribute to employee wellness.
Examples of recent C.R.E.W. initiatives have been:
UHS Summer Olympics – The purpose of this activity was to reinforce the
importance of regular exercise and its positive impact on mental health. Walking outdoors, taking in the fresh air was a definite mood booster and
The UHS Night Market – A celebration of diversity and staff engagement through food. Staff were able to sample a variety of foods from different cultures and countries with their colleagues in the courtyard and gardens.
UHS Staff Recipe Exchange – Calling all home cooks and food lovers! As part of another exciting C.R.E.W. initiative to cultivate healthy lifestyles, we are asking you to send us your healthy recipes to share. They could be recipes that have been in the family for decades, or a more recent venture you had, as long as they are healthy and simple!
Recipes can be submitted to any C.R.E.W. member or sent to Rebecca at firstname.lastname@example.org
