YOUR VOICE COUNTS
1. STAFF SURVEY – HELP US ENHANCE OUR STRATEGIC PLAN
As you may know, the Unionville Home Society is undergoing a strategic planning exercise to enhance our current Strategic Plan.
To do this, we have brought on a team of consultants from LBCG Consulting for Impact, who have had a series of discussions with our senior leadership team (SLT), Board members and some of our key partners. In early March the Board and SLT met for a full day retreat to discuss the vision and future of our seniors’ campus.
The next step in our strategic refresh exercise is to engage the staff. Your insights and experience are critical to our organization, so we are bringing the discussion to your upcoming team meetings by asking for your input on a few questions – to answer as individuals or as a group. These same questions are available on this anonymous survey and is available to all staff, whether they participated in a group discussion or not. Your voice is important to us and will help shape the future of UHS.
We appreciate you taking the time to share!

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and it focuses on Organizational Culture, Communication and Work Environment.
