INDOOR PROGRAMS

Tai Chi - Level 1 (Beginner)
Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that develop balance and harmony between mind and body. This program is offered indoors. Instruction is in English and Cantonese. Pre-registration required.

Tai Chi - Level 2 (Intermediate)
Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, relaxed movements that develop balance and harmony between mind and body. This
program is offered indoors. Instruction is in English and Cantonese. Pre-registration required.

Asian Social Gathering - Art & Painting
The Asian Social Gathering – Art & Painting program is a guided, multi-media art class (i.e., watercolours, pastels, etc.). This program is offered indoors. Instruction is in English and Cantonese. Pre-registration required. Maximum 12 attendees.

Coffee and Chit Chat Cafe 
Join your fellow members for an in-person coffee hour. Preregistration required.

Friday Dessert Social
Join fellow members on Friday afternoon for conversation and treats.  A "sweet" way to kick off the weekend. Pre-registration required.

Bingo & Beverage
Join us for a game of classic bingo, inside and in person. Cards will be provided. Please bring your own bingo dauber, marker, pen, or chips. Prizes will be awarded to the winning players. Pre-registration required.
