In September of this year, the final interviews were conducted and the survey completed regarding the commissioned
Climate and Culture Assessment of UHS. A final summary report was completed December 2024. This assessment
provided the opportunity for staff to share their insights on workplace culture, morale, leadership, and the extent to
which the working environment reflects our shared values of inclusiveness and respectfulness. A random selection of
staff was chosen to participate. Our consultant, William Goldbloom of WG Resolutions facilitated.
