Robert Cattle joined the Unionville Home Society (UHS) Board of Directors in October 2023 and currently serves as Vice-Chair.

Rob is a professor, entrepreneur, and business advisor with more than 30 years of experience across post-secondary education, healthcare, innovation, and global enterprise. He is a Professor and Program Coordinator of Entrepreneurship at Georgian College and the Founder and Principal of Maynard & Scott Consulting, where he works with entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, and public-sector partners to build resilient, sustainable organizations.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and brings expertise in governance, strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational transformation. He currently serves on the Governance Committee, and Innovation Committees at UHS.

Outside of his professional and board responsibilities, Rob enjoys genealogical research into both his own family history and that of his wife’s, reflecting a strong interest in legacy, continuity, and community.
